With lush greenery and gentle breezes, amidst the poetic beauty of Jiangnan, and to strengthen the Party spirit of all members and commemorate the hard-won good life, the Xinzhongfa Party Branch once again launched the "Never Forget the Original Aspiration, Keep the Mission Firmly in Mind" theme activity, organizing all Party members and prospective Party members to visit the New Fourth Army Jiangsu-Zhejiang Military Region Memorial Hall in Changxing for a commemorative event.

      Changxing is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces.  On this land, there are 18 historical sites of the New Fourth Army Jiangsu-Zhejiang Military Region. This is the most complete and largest group of revolutionary sites preserved from the Jiangnan anti-Japanese war period, and is known as the "Little Yan'an of Jiangnan." The current New Fourth Army Jiangsu-Zhejiang Military Region Memorial Hall is located at the site of the First Column Headquarters at that time. Upon entering the memorial hall, General Su Yu's ashes are placed on the west side of the courtyard. Visitors involuntarily stop, paying their respects to General Su Yu, who rests here. Following the guide, the Party members entered the memorial hall, which displays a series of revolutionary relics from the Anti-Japanese War period, including those related to the New Fourth Army and General Su Yu's establishment of the Jiangsu-Zhejiang Military Region after moving south. The historical pictures and weathered military artifacts quietly tell the story of the past battles. The Party members listened attentively to the guide's explanation, learning about the history of the New Fourth Army's courageous resistance in western Zhejiang, and understanding the entire combat process of the New Fourth Army Jiangsu-Zhejiang Military Region from the autumn of 1943 to October 1945. They also carefully viewed the weapons used by the New Fourth Army and the spoils of war, which conveyed the difficulty of the war and the tenacity of the New Fourth Army.

      In addition, we learned about the heroic deeds of the revolutionary martyrs who fought against the Japanese invasion.  So many New Fourth Army soldiers bravely sacrificed their lives for the victory of the revolution. While all the party members were visiting, groups of party members and ordinary citizens also came to receive revolutionary inspiration. "Never forget the original aspiration" was a common sentiment among many visitors after touring the memorial hall, and how to plan for greater development in the new era was a key topic of reflection under the party flag.

      Through this party activity, all party members were further inspired to learn from the excellent qualities of the revolutionary martyrs – their humility despite great achievements, their modesty despite high positions, and their correct attitude towards themselves, the organization, and the masses. They expressed that in their future work, they will continue to inherit and carry forward the revolutionary traditions and spirit, never forgetting their original aspirations and mission, focusing on their duties, being dedicated to their work, and daring to innovate, thus playing a pioneering and exemplary role in the construction and development of the enterprise.
