The company is specialized in the R&D, production and sales of powder coatings and polyester resin used for powder coatings. The company is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise with the annual capacity of 115000 tons for polyester resin and 5000 tons for powder coatings, owned the modern R&D center for powder coatings and polyester resin, maintains offices and a comprehensive sales agency network across various locations in the country. The products are sold to all over the world with its high quality.
From the establishment up to present, the company has successively introduced production equipment, test instruments and process technology from UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Our saturated polyester resin has excellent and stable quality. The company has been certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as by WIT and Ecovadis, and has also passed the TFS (Together for Sustainability) audit. Meanwhile, the company participates in drafting the national standard of Saturated Polyester Resins for Thermosetting Powder Coatings. The company’s sales of “Queli Brand” saturated polyester resin has kept steady growth for many years. The company has become the high-quality supplier of powder coatings and polyester resin in China.

Hangzhou Special Coatings Factory holds 55%, Bank of China holds 20%, and CDF Carbonization Company, a subsidiary of TOTAL (France), holds 25%.
The first powder coating production line imported from abroad into China has commenced operation, with a powder production capacity of 1000 tons per year.

A wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Sino-French New Materials Co., Ltd., has been established in Anji, occupying an area of 100 mu.
A production base with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons of polyester resin and 5,000 tons of powder coatings has successfully commenced operations. The Xiaoshan polyester factory and the Linping powder factory have been relocated to the Anji production base.
Hangzhou Sino-French Industrial Co., Ltd. has been renamed New Sino-French Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., and its registered address has been moved to the Anji factory.
The company completed a capital increase of 32 million shares, bringing its registered capital to 90 million yuan. Hangzhou Industrial Group holds 96% of the shares, and 17 middle and senior management personnel hold the remaining 4%.
A new project with an annual production capacity of 55,000 tons of polyester resin has been approved, bringing the planned total production capacity to 115,000 tons.
The first phase (20,000 tons) of the new 55,000-ton-per-year polyester project has been successfully put into operation, bringing the total polyester production capacity to 80,000 tons.
