Building an excellent team to create a brilliant future for the company.
——Team building activities for New Sino-French joint venture companies.
Recently, New Sino-French Company organized an inspiring team-building activity for its core team members.
8:00 AM Heading out to meet the "Dream Team"
Early in the morning, accompanied by the gentle spring breeze and bathed in the warm sunshine, the company's core team—including department heads and all employees from the R&D center and sales department—arrived at a professional outdoor team-building base in Fuyang District, beginning a day of intense yet well-organized activities.

09:00 AM Icebreaker and warm-up activities
At the start of the activity, all participants were first divided into two teams according to the instructor's instructions, and each team chose a catchy name for themselves – the Wolf Pack and the Daredevils.
This warm-up activity is designed to prepare participants mentally and physically for the training; to enhance mutual understanding and familiarity among team members, encourage communication, break down barriers, and bring them closer together; and to create a team atmosphere and form a preliminary cohesive team during the process of completing various tasks in the initial team-building phase.

10:00 AM The dragons fetch water (a traditional Chinese performance/ritual)
Dragon's Water Retrieval: Team members, with the help of their teammates, take turns retrieving a bottle of drinking water from a designated area approximately 2 meters from the end line. Each person is only allowed to take one bottle. The area from the starting line to the water source is a danger zone, and no part of any team member's body may touch this danger zone. Violation of this rule requires the team to restart the challenge.
Project objective:
1. Rational division of labor and cooperation, and optimal combination of resources;
2. Strengthen collaboration and communication within the team, and understand the interplay between individuals and the team;
3. To cultivate a team spirit of unity, close cooperation, and overcoming difficulties;
4. Regulate one's own behavior in relation to the interests of society and the collective.

10:30 AM Five-minute challenge
The team members are divided into groups and sequentially participate in several small challenge projects, striving to complete the entire set of projects within the allotted time. These projects include activities such as "Passionate Clap," "Inspiring the Crowd," "Unbreakable Forest," "Journey of the Pearl," and "Time Tunnel."
Project Objectives: To establish effective communication channels within the team and create a platform for showcasing team intelligence. The goal is for participants to learn to remain calm and execute the planned tasks accurately under high time pressure, and to optimize processes and operational efficiency through self-encouragement and encouraging teammates, thereby successfully achieving the project objectives.

1:30 PM Rapid 60 Seconds
Project Description: This project involves collaboratively deciphering the information on 30 cards, divided into three rounds. The team that completes the task in the fewest rounds and the shortest time wins.
Project Objectives: To enhance participants' awareness and understanding of innovation; to enable participants to appreciate the importance of effective division of labor within an organization; to encourage participants to reflect on the relationship between decision-making and execution; and to allow participants to experience trust and rapport among teammates in a fast-paced environment.

3:30 PM Graduation Wall
The Graduation Wall: Sometimes also called the shipwreck escape, because it is often the last project, it is also called the escape wall or the victory wall. Abroad, it is usually called the 14-foot wall. This project helps participants understand the relationship between individual goals and team goals; true victory is only achieved when the team wins. All team members must climb over a smooth wall 4.2 meters high within a specified time. During this process, they cannot use any external tools, including clothing, belts, or ropes. The only resources they can use are their own bodies.
Project objective:
1. Improve survival skills in times of crisis. Enhance safety awareness and self-protection skills.
2. To strengthen cohesion within and between training teams.
3. Engage in democratic and effective discussions, make rational and timely decisions, scientifically evaluate innovative solutions, and be courageous in putting them into practice and continuously experimenting.
4. Acknowledge differences, divide tasks rationally, and learn to allocate resources in the most optimal way.
5. Gain a deeper understanding of the importance of trust and help, and attempt to complete challenging tasks.

4:30 PM Graduation Reflections

Although this outdoor team-building training lasted only one day, it allowed everyone to understand the true meaning of "teamwork," what communication and collaboration truly entail, and how to motivate each other. It was a brief yet impactful experience, a unique kind of challenge. It allowed everyone to rediscover and experience the power of teamwork, while simultaneously unleashing each individual's potential, allowing their true nature to flourish, and strengthening their courage and confidence in adapting themselves. It also helped us understand the importance of breaking traditional thinking patterns, broadening our perspectives, learning from both failures and successes in our work, and establishing a completely new work model.
This experience taught everyone how to communicate with each other, how to think from others' perspectives, and how to cooperate and help one another. It broke the usual pattern of working and living independently, and the team spirit reached its peak. At the same time, it made us realize that we must learn to be grateful, to be tolerant, and to compromise so that the team can achieve mutual benefit and create the greatest value.
Spring is the season for sowing, and we sow with our sweat; sowing a habit yields a character, and sowing a character yields a life. Although we may not be able to achieve perfection, we can strive for excellence, using our utmost effort to reap every joy! Let us learn to give, learn to be grateful, and repay the company for its nurturing, strengthening the enterprise, developing the brand, and reaping a happy life for every employee!
